We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Pictures (and videos if possible) of products and box are required for any type of return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain sealed and be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If return is not in new sellable condition, you may be ineligible for a full refund or eligible for any refund at all.

EMP is subject to the return policies of other manufacturers (products that are not EMP brand) and these policies are passed on to the EMP customer. Most policies are similar to ours but some manufacturers do not offer returns and have other requirements. Please contact us with any questions.

For claims of fitment issues, pictures must be supplied clearly showing the fitment problem. Supplied hardware must be used and installation directions followed. If the product is modified in any way, it is not returnable. If your vehicle has been modified and causing the fitment problem, the return may be denied if not in new sellable condition. In most cases we can help resolve the fitment issue as our products are tested and do fit the stock vehicle they are made for.

Returns for items marked as open box must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Open Box refunds will be processed as Store Credit only.

There is a 20% (of EMP retail price) restocking fee for all returns and you are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Insurance is recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Clearance items are not eligible for return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@emp.parts. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and we will only ship the order back to the customer if shipping costs are paid by customer (this also applies to returns that don't meet the refund policy qualifications).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged upon arrival or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures and proof must be provided for shipping damage so we can work with our shipper to pay for your replacement product. Products damaged or parts lost by customers or damage occurring during an unauthorized return will not be our responsibility.

Order cancellation
Orders must be cancelled within 1 hour of placing order as we move quickly to start the shipping process. A 3-5% cancellation fee applies to cover payment processor fees. If cancellation is after 1 hour and shipment has not left our facility, a 20% cancellation fee applies. For manufacturer products other than EMP, we cannot control the stock on many of these products and delivery could be delayed if out of stock or backordered. A 3-5% cancellation fee applies if you choose to cancel your order and not wait on product(s) to be back in stock. Please contact us at info@emp.parts to ask about stock status on any product that is not EMP brand before ordering as our system doesn't always reflect the correct number in stock. EMP products are almost always in stock ready to ship other than custom orders.

Open Box Item Returns
Open Box returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Open Box refunds will be processed as Store Credit only.

Unauthorized Returns

If you return a product without first contacting us at info@emp.parts, it will take up to 3 weeks to be processed and we may charge you a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

If your unauthorized return has not been processed within 3 weeks, please send an email info@emp.parts.

Undeliverable or refused shipments

Packages will be returned back to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, forwarding address errors, are not picked up from a FedEx, UPS or USPS facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery or any other reason delivery couldn't be completed by the carrier through no fault of their own. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. We may charge you a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

For international orders shipping outside of the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada – The return shipping costs of any refused or undeliverable shipment(s) outside of the United States or Canada may be deducted from any refund at EMP's sole discretion.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like some other than EMP manufacturer products, custom products (such as custom color or personalized items) and merch (such as t-shirts, stickers, keychains, etc.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

International shipments outside the continental United States of America cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If return is not approved, we do not reimburse customer for shipping costs and customer must pay for shipping back to customer if customer desires to have product sent back to them.
